How it Works

Planning a survey

There are multiple applications for drones which many people are not aware of and our aim is to not only provide a service but to give people an insight into other useful drone applications e.g. search and rescue, animal conservation by monitoring endangered species, renewable energy equipment monitoring, a different perspective to create a spectacular vision of your special day.

Getting Started

An initial consultation takes place so that we can understand the requirement for the survey. We’ll discuss, what you want to achieve, investigate, evidence etc.

R

Step 1

We’ll then ask you to provide a postcode for the survey (preferably ‘what3words’ as it is more precise).

R

Step 2

We also request a basic photo of the site (front/entrance will do) so that we can begin our pre-survey investigation.
R

Step 3

We then proceed to review the site on Google Earth and Street View for access etc.
R

Step 4

We double check the surrounding area for restrictions i.e schools prisons etc.
R

Step 5

We’ll then check for CAA approvals. If the site falls in a flight restriction zone, if there will be any temporary restrictions on airspace for when the survey will take place.
R

Finally

Assuming everything passes our checks the on-site survey is scheduled and will take place on your chosen date/time.
